Ads not converting is not a new problem and i do feel your pain because i have been there. Yes i have been in your shoes and i know it feels bad. But you should start seeing ads form a different perspective. Each click you get is a real person behind it seeking a solution to their problem.

And what they actually do is they click on your ad to see if there is something for them inside your website. If your website is not loading fast that click that costs from 0.20 cents up to 1 or 2 $ is lost and you can’t do much about it.

Think that consumers can make a search and see 30 or more different websites and tons of products to choose from. It is very easy for them to get distracted or choose your competitor rather than you.

First of all in order to make ads convert, you should think why someone would want to choose you rather than your competitor. Do you have an answer to that?

You have to be the best solution to a specific problem in order to make your ads work, also you should be magnetic to prospects eyes in order the visitor to stay long time in your website and convert in to a customer. Does your website looks good? Are your messages compelling enough so the visitors will move to the next step?

So in a few words there is nothing wrong with the ads. The problem is people are not reacting the way you want in your website, the good news is that you can fix that problem.

Everything starts from the keyword you are targeting. Does the keyword aligns with the ad copy and the products shown to the customer?

The online world differs a lot from the offline world. In the online world visitors want to find in a few seconds what they are looking for. If the don’t be sure that they will not go over all your categories. You should help them to be able to find what they are looking for immediately.

Also you should have a proper lead generation system in order to be able to speak with your prospects. Lead generation is a pop up with a well designed lead magnet that has high conversions. If you don’t have this in place you are leaving money on the table.

Don’t think that in today’s competitive world you can have sales with just a few clicks. It’s just does not work that way any more. People and the market are changing. Also ads are becoming more and more expensive each and every day.

You should also ask your self, are your ads targeting the right people? Are your prices compelling enough, do you get attention? Without attention you can’t go anywhere. Don’t think because you have traffic, everybody sees what you are offering. If you don’t grab visitor attention then you are not going to have any sales.

My experience running an online business for 12 years plus gave me an unfair advantage. I have spent hours in front of google analytics and i do understand the moovment of the masses inside a web store.

Another critical thing. In order to make your ads work you should first have a converting organic traffic. If your organic traffic is not converting how could you expect that the paid traffic would convert? This is a very important factor you want to consider for!

Soon i will be releasing guides and tutorials on how to fix problems with your ads and what you can do about it.
